Database Install Scripts use inconsistent case

description

This issues makes it impossible to install YAF on a case-sensitive SQL Server instance (even in a case-insensitive database).

I've listed the issues I've found below (the change I had to make to get it to work):

mssql/procedures.sql:
x_message_addthanks - @UserId -> @UserID
x_system_initialize - @UserKey - > @Userkey
x_user_aspnet - @TimeZone -> @timezone
x_user_upgrade - @RankBoardId -> @RandBoardID (x2)
x_user_addignoreduser - @userId -> @UserId
x_user_removeignoreduser - @userId -> @UserId
x_user_isuserignored - @userId -> @UserID
x_user_ignoredlist - @userId -> @UserId mssql/providers/procedures.sql: x_prov_createapplication - @ApplicationId -> @ApplicationID (x2), @Applicationname -> @ApplicationName
x_prov_changepassword - @ApplicationId -> @ApplicationID
x_prov_changepasswordquestionandanswer - @ApplicationId -> @ApplicationID
x_prov_createuser - @ApplicationId -> @ApplicationID
x_prov_getnumberofusersonline - @CurrentTimeUTC -> @CurrentTimeUtc
x_prov_resetpassword - @Username -> @UserName
x_prov_unlockuser - @Username -> @UserName
x_prov_updateuser - @Username -> @UserName (x2)
x_prov_profile_getprofiles - i.UserId -> i.UserID, i.IndexId -> i.IndexID (x2)
